OSHA Extends Comment Period for Proposed Rule to Ensure Crane Operators Are Qualified to Safely Operate Equipment

WASHINGTON, DC – The U.S. Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) announced that it will extend the comment period on the proposed rule on crane operator certification. Comments will now be accepted through July 5, 2018. This extension allows stakeholders more time to review the proposed rule. Click here for details on how to submit comments.
