Artelon Inc just secured an impressive $20 million in Series B funding, led by Vensana Capital , along with participation from their existing investors. This significant financial boost will fuel their commercial growth, advance clinical research, and expand their product line for surgical treatment of joint instability, including ankles and other joints.

As Ankle sprains are the number one reason for emergency room visits in?the United States, and up to 20 percent of those patients will develop chronic instability after these injuries Already. Artelon are focused on delivering surgical solutions to combat this issue, bringing over 30 years of dedicated research and expertise to the market. They've already achieved commercial success with products like Flexband? SOLO and Flexband MULTI they are ready to explore new clinical indications, and become the leader in a market that Aaron Smith (CEO) describes as "a large and underserved market".

Is Shoulder Surgery the best investment opportunity?

We are seeing a huge shift in shoulder surgery, with outpatient surgery numbers increasing at a faster rate than knees and hips. Numbers currently suggest we will see a 235% uplift in shoulder surgeries by 2025.

FX Shoulder Solutions launched its US operation ins 2018 after the acquisition by Ekkio Capital . But the time is now for the European market leader, as they relocate their corporate HQ to the US. Under Baptiste M , the company is building out its US-based Executive leadership team, with further investment fuelling their commercial expansion. If they continue to outperform the market, FX will position itself as a prime acquisition target.
