• PACKING SHOULD BE SUITABLE FOR AIRFREIGHT PURPOSE
• MTC ARE REQUIRED FOR APPROVAL IMMEDIATELY AFTER ORDER PLACED. HOWEVER YOU CAN CHECK BELOW MENTIONED TESTING IN RELEAVANT MTCS TO BE SURE ABOUT QUALITY.

Testing Requirements:

1.      Material certification shall be as per EN10204: 2004 3.1.

2.      Compliance with NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156.

3.      For Super Duplex, Stainless Steel, SSDS (UNS S32750) PREN (% Cr. + 3.3x%Mo + 16x%N) shall be greater than or equal to 40. All duplex stainless steel material shall have ferrite content (volume fraction) between 35% - 65% on base metal. FPREN calculation shall be done based on actual composition, not nominal composition in accordance with NACE MR0175/ISO15156-3.

4.      All material from well-known manufacturer.

5.      IGC testing:

·        For Stainless steel 316/316L: Corrosion test as per ASTM A 262 IGC Pr. E and the sample extracted from the process side.

·        UNS 32750: ASTM G 48 Method A. The Test temperature shall be 50 deg. C and exposure time 72 hours. Cut edges shall be prepared according to ASTM G48 and pickled (20% HN03 + 5% HF 60 deg. C 5 minute). The acceptance criteria shall be; No pitting at 20 x magnification.
