It takes many years to accept and adopt The ORS Mindset first for thinking and second for behaviour Penny Power OBE Hannah Power Ross Power Tj Power 2009-2024.
ORS was conceived in flow June 2009 with Mark Sinclair . Now to survive in 2024 ORS has become mainstream thinking and behaviour especially inside large organisations where Board Members remain Closed Selective Controlling (CSC). Publicly listed companies demand CSC thinking and behaviour. CSC is not however sustainable against the force of AI and requires a series of tiny shifts in Random Acceptance Behaviour (RAB). CSC and ORS can exist side by side. They are a duality concept neither wrong nor right. They are different forces depending on whether you are face to face or online. They do require hypersensitivity for acceptance.
You cannot hope to understand "The AI Shift" it's the same discovery as Fire estimated 800,000 BC. The AI Shift is not merely Dotcom 2.0. The AI Shift is The Internet 2.0. These are hard concepts to process because you cannot see them and therefore cannot accept them. You have zero vision on the future. This is real time, all the time at hyperspeed.
You can only learn to accept AI for what it is and embrace its change with Open Random Supportive (ORS) thinking first and then behaviour second. Do not expect this to happen quickly for you as it cannot. New concepts take 15 to 18 years to enter society. ORS born in 2009 becomes mainstream 2024-2027. I've had to wait a long time to post this. An awful long time to talk about this.

11 个月This is really interesting Thomas Power. I've read the article and belive I have a simple understanding. What would be interesting is applying it to the Logical Levels framework. E.g. As an ORS adopter, what are the behaviours, skills, beliefs, identity etc to enable the layperson to model them.
