As we bid farewell to 2023 and embrace the opportunities of 2024, I'm thrilled to share a recap of our remarkable journey and a glimpse into the exciting year ahead.

In a year marked by global challenges, Orla Mining was resilient in the face of geopolitical uncertainties. As society awakened to the pivotal role metals play in our future, we remained committed to responsible mining practices and contributing to a sustainable world.

In 2023, Orla's consistent gold production at industry-leading costs allowed us to invest in our future. Responsible tax and debt payments strengthened our financial position, while advancements in our projects in Nevada and Mexico underscored our commitment to growth. Our exploration initiatives across three nations aim to unlock new opportunities for organic, long-term growth and provide our investors exposure to valuable prospects.

As we look to 2024, a year set against another strong political backdrop, Orla Mining stands out with its focus on low-cost production, permitting in Nevada, and exploration efforts in both regions. Our differentiation lies in high free cash flow generation, a net cash position, substantial resources for development, and vast exploration terrain in promising geologic landscapes.

Our commitment to sustainability is evident in corporate initiatives. From restructuring our lending package to publishing our inaugural Sustainability Report, we're dedicated to transparently communicating our sustainable practices. Orla remains steadfast in building and maintaining value for investors, employees, and communities.

In Mexico, our Zacatecas mine continues to be the cornerstone of our success. Exceeding production guidance in both years of operation and achieving milestones in exploration, we are poised for sustained growth. In Nevada, our exploration efforts have yielded immediate success, adding to our portfolio of oxide and sulphide resources. Panama, though faced with challenges, holds promise for the future, and we await the new administration's stance on mining.

I'm particularly proud to share that none of our employees were seriously injured this year, a testament to our commitment to safety. The Silver Helmet Award for safety leadership in Mexico is a recognition of our team's dedication.
