Action breeds inspiration more than an inspiration breed’s action.
Yesterday, I visited a pet dog shop where the shopkeeper asked me, which breed I would like to have the Original one or a local one. I was a little confused after hearing these two terms then I had a detailed discussion with him about the differences. I came to know that there are more than 200 dog breeds in the world where only 20 breeds are commonly considered to keep as a pet. They are classified based on; Kids-Friendly, Easy to Train, Intelligence, and many more. I was surprised to hear it.
It forced me to think, is the same thing with our technical breeds also. The technical breeds are classified on many points, e.g. Information, Knowledge, Region, etc. There are two terms always coined for the technical breeds; Dedicated Development Team and Team Augmentation; they are the most popular software development outsourcing models at the moment.

Forbes states that the IT market in the USA is experiencing a severe talent shortage, as there are just not enough engineers to satisfy demand. And the same situation is in the UK, Germany, and other Western European countries. Moreover, companies are not only unable to attract and find talent, but they also can’t keep the talent they have because they’re being poached by other companies.
To stop struggling with these problems, many industry-leading business tycoons have settled on partnering with an extended development team or Team Augmentation. More and more companies consider team augmentation for closing skill gaps and cutting development costs without compromising quality.

IT specialists work in Ukraine who offers their services based on an outsourcing model. It is the leading country in terms of the number of C++ and Unity3D software developers. English isn’t widespread among the general population, so communication barriers are a minimal issue here. They are still struggling with power outages, blackouts with poor infrastructure which can affect your services. Even Ukraine has local bureaucracy and the complexity of all the legal issues related to software development and outsourcing.
