The Menu

Olive is the star of the show at Oribu, with the fruit making an appearance in all shapes and forms in each section of the menu, including starters, salads, main dishes, rolls and cocktails.

Classic?Japanese,?Korean, and?Taiwanese?recipes are reimagined with?Corfiot produce, with rolls, nigiri, and crudos showcasing sustainably caught local fish and the island’s celebrated sardines, olive oil, herbs, kumquats, and fruits.
