#OrgTopologies workshop with Alexey Krivitsky and Roland Flemm

I had a privilege to join #OrgTopologies class right before the AgilePrague conference in September and it was a great start of my agile week full of inspiration.

#OrgTopologies map

As always, the workshop was very interactive, and throughout the practical simulations help participants to understand their organizational current design and also their intended future design.

Don’t copy and paste anybody’s else design. Create your own using #OrgTopologies.

Everyone’s situation is unique. There are no best practices in the complex world. Don’t look for shortcuts. Scaling is a step on agile journey and every organization needs to run series of experiments to find their own way. #OrgTopologies map is a great tool to explore and navigate in #scaling #agile and #scrum.

Personaly I am tired of comparing scaling frameworks. I’m done discussing which one is better. So for me #OrgTopologies concept brought new light and joy into #scaling conversations and I would highly recommend it for any organization no matter how far they are on their agile journey.
