Organizational Leadership Structure Announcement

February 26, 2024 Gourmet International a leading Distributor and Importer of Specialty Foods, Beverages and Confections proudly announces two key organizational changes within our leadership structure, effective March 1st, 2024.

We are thrilled to share exciting news with you all; our company is experiencing exceptional growth and as a result we have a couple of promotions to announce. The success of our business has brought with it new opportunities to further expand our product portfolio, to deploy innovative technologies to improve efficiencies and so much more. Simply stated, growth fuels our business and with the right stewardship, growth quickly translates to opportunities for our customers, employees, and suppliers.

Kent Koth has been promoted to the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In this new role, Kent will lead our financial strategy, oversee financial operations, and play a crucial role in shaping our company’s future. Kent will continue to drive financial excellence, collaborating with cross functional teams and ensuring sound financial decision-making.

Bill Stechebar has been promoted to the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO). In this role, Bill will continue leading key strategic initiatives, implementing continuous improvements in operational processes while focusing on overall business growth, business efficiencies, and team member accountability.

Both Bill and Kent have demonstrated unwavering commitment, exemplary leadership, and invaluable contributions to our company's growth journey. Their promotion not only reflects our confidence in their abilities but also highlights the opportunities for advancement within our growing organization.
