RTI is My Organizational Fit - this was written by a current employee D. Coney and I wanted to share.
When I was a job seeker, I chose RTI because the leaders within this organization recognized the significance of employees' motivation and attitude for job satisfaction. When I transitioned from the military, job satisfaction was one of my priorities. RTI values leadership elements such as the motivation that I bring to direct team members' determination and effort by enabling them to perform to their maximum potential. I am also valued for my attitude towards ambition for success, exceeding the organization's expectations. When I considered RTI, the following were critical:
Do you have an excellent organizational fit that allows for job satisfaction?
?I described organizational fit as the similarity and compatibility of goals, values, and characteristics between the leadership in an organization and an individual. As a job seeker, consider the critical intrinsic and extrinsic rewards influencing your positive motivation and attitude to complete a job with more effort. As a result, it will provide you with positive job satisfaction and better performance as a new employee.
