  3. New Ideas: Leaders must be open and must welcome new ideas and fresh perspectives. You need to think from all perspectives without focusing on linear progression. When time comes you must pivot and adjust your course to achieve desired outcomes that results in win-win situation.
  4. Emotional Intelligence: Change is surrounded by fear, uncertainty, and resistance. As a leader with high EQ, you are expert in recognizing and managing your employees emotions, fostering trust and collaboration and must build resilience within your teams.
  5. Empowerment: You must empower your team to take ownership and contribute to their ideas. You must create a culture of autonomy and foster continuous improvement where employees feel valued and they will support in navigating change.
  6. Challenges: As a leader you will face challenges and setbacks. You should remain steadfast by maintaining a positive attitude and always be in positive mindset. You view your challenges as opportunities for growth and learning and run with confidence and perseverance in your teams.

Organizational Change Leadership is a critical element of success in today's rapidly evolving dynamic business environment. You must play a pivotal role in guiding your teams in this transitional period with confidence and looking for opportunities to foster collaboration and driving sustainable change. With your vision, communication skills, adaptability, emotional intelligence you can navigate the uneven path of harsh reality with confidence by turning your vision into a reality.
