ORGANISATIONS ALWAYS CARE

Hi all my friends,

I have finally retired from Indian Air Force after serving for 20 years. I was not even 18 yrs old when joined the same. I left my XIth standard and joined in as a technician.

However, my aspirations to rise higher never died. My organisation and friends provided me so conducive environment that I could from a merely matriculate graduate my self to a PG that too in science stream. My organisation groomed me into the technical aspect and allowed me to orient into mechanical fields and gave me exposure towards maintenance, servicing and repair of Common User Vehicles, Specialist Vehicles, DG sets and PG Sets.

The same organisation realised my potential and could sail through to me a higher position as a short service commission officer looking after the supply chain activities, which included forecasting, demand management, procurement and transportation aspect of all the supplies including the ration. The exposure was not limited to inland, but the same included exposure of Inco terms and other nuances of supply chain.

The 360 degree grooming my friends, colleagues, subordinates and superiors has definitely made me a complete leader. 

I thank all my friends and colleagues who always believed me and helped me in challenging the extremes and pushing the bar higher and higher. I would always be thankful to you all for giving me the perseverance, and never die attitude which would help me to rise to new heights
