Ordinary People- Extraordinary Lessons.

Ordinary People- Extraordinary Lessons.

Why should inspiration be drawn only from the Rich & High Profile People?

Folks, Could you share your insights on this? Please write in the comment section.

Positive people are around us.

They radiate positivity & spread joy, love, light & happiness. Everyone can be a source of inspiration. Each one of us is a package of many talents. The problem is, either we don’t pay heed to their words or we take them lightly.

Motivation is a must.

Sometimes we get carried away. We lose our rhythm. Or someone else or things upset our rhythm. We lose hope & think to quit. We need motivation.

Motivation is like that spark for the engine. It makes the human engine move. After basics needs like food, shelter, clothes & oxygen are met, what we humans look for is Motivation.

Here I am sharing some real life experiences-

Change the Pattern.

My grandfather had no education. My father too never went to school. He couldn’t even write his name. My mom dropped out of school in 6th standard. We are 3 siblings including me. My elder brother has only high school education. Friends, neighbors used to make fun of it.

“ You don’t deserve to study when your parents are uneducated. This is not your cup of tea. You better do fishing or farming.”

“ Look, who is going to the University, I feel pity for this boy.”

That’s how people used to taunt me & let me down.

When I was in 9th standard, I asked Mom, Do you want me to study higher when there is no one in the family done it before?

My Mom Replied, “ Change The Pattern.” Education is a need, it’s must. Don’t listen to odds. The more you study, the more you learn. You can be a Star of our family who will stand out & shine the way for others to see.

“ A child’s first teacher is its Mom.”- Peng Liyuan.

It was a breakthrough that I needed & it did the trick for me. I did Master’s & was awarded with University Scholarship for outstanding academic performance. Thanks to God & Mom.

Meeting Can Settle Disputes

Obstacles & problems are a part of life. But, what are the easiest way to solve them without much trouble?

My grandfather had the best answer of it. That is Meeting, a lifeline he used to apply to solve any kinda issues. And trust me, it worked. He never got panic. Conversation is a must. Problems can be solved with dialogues. Meeting can settle disputes.

Stay on the ship till the very End.

Running a household is as tough as running a big company. If you are in-charge of your family, you may know it better. And when it was not only a family of 2-3 people, it was a giant ship of 37 passengers, you feel the pressure. So much expectations, too much need. Immense pressure on the Helmsman’s head. Guess, who was the Helmsman? Wisdom with strong mentality, That’s My grandfather for you. We lost him 6 years ago. There was a time, when I lived with 36 more people, a Huge Typical Bengali Family. My grandfather was a cool customer. I just wonder, how could he run such a big family? Incredible.

The lifelines he gave us to use-

* The situations can be unfavorable, things may not be conducive for you. What you need to do is, stay on the ship till the end. You will surely see a ray of hope.

* Temperament & Patience will be tested by God. Don’t get panic. Always be ready for it. Have patience. Patience has its own reward. Tough times never last long. Don’t get carried away. Only dead fish go with the flow.

* Whatever your role is, play with honesty, sincerity & integrity. Honesty always pays off. You must shoulder your responsibilities well. And remember, no job is small. No one is small. Every small will be big too. Don’t feel shy to play a small role. It is better to work at a bakery than beg for a bread.

* Don’t ever stop learning. People don’t feel obligated to learn once they get a job, get promoted or secure a position. Don’t retire your brain. Let your intelligence blooms. Let wisdom be your trademark.

“Knowledge is a weapon. I intend to be formidably armed.”- Terry Goodkind.

*Two plus two makes Four. Three plus one too makes four. There are lots of ways to fix the issues. There are lots of ways to make money. There are lots of ways to create your brand. Don’t get desperate to come first. Don’t even mind if you come second, even third or even last. Just make sure, you are on the right track. And keep working on yourself to get better than yesterday.

“ Winning isn’t everything, but wanting to win is.”- Vince Lombardi.

* Be kind to yourself and others. Don’t ever block your heart. You are born to spread joy. Make some room in your heart to love others. You must have love for people. The love is in our heart. Drop your ego & take initiative to talk to people. Love people & let them love you. Let kindness to be your logo.

Honesty is Power.

Please keep this 1000 Taka. I would be happy if you take it as a token of love. He didn’t. I was surprised. I couldn’t believe my eyes. Where did he come from? It’s really very rare.

Talking about a Taxi Driver who won my heart. He was a middle-aged man. In 2017, I lost my Android Smartphone in his taxi. It was too late. I called my own number. No one picked up my call. I was getting tensed. All of my vital documents saved to that phone. So I wanted to get it back. I was clueless. Ok, let me try once more. I made a call again, it was ringing & ringing, oh wait, someone answered my call.

Is that you (Driver) I asked. I heard yes. Brother, It’s my mobile set. May I get my phone back? Please. He promised. But I wasn’t too sure whether he would give it to me. People don’t keep promise in these days. I was restless. We met. He happily gave my phone. He didn't even bother to know, how expensive it is. I saw smile on his face. I offered him some money. He was not ready to accept that. He said, I don’t need your money. I replied, everyone needs money. Money is a need. I requested him over & over again, but he was stuck to his decision & principles.

Warren Buffet Rightly Said- “Honesty is a very expensive gift. Don’t expect it from cheap people.”

He was one of the kindest persons I ever met in life.

Lifeline: Life is not about having rather its about giving. When you bring smile on someone’s face, you feel good & fulfilled.

Before I sign off. love to say, Inspiration is around us. We just need to keep our eyes, mind & ears open to feel & observe it.

Thank you so much.

Kaisar.

The true heros indeed are found in hidden places too ordinary to be recognized but are the 'wind beneath the wings'. So true....they don't always come with lofty titles or huge mega bank accounts, but they are the energizing forces behind the movements and household name leaders. They are the gatekeepers not too concerned about making scores but concerned with keeping the standard of what civilized communities are like.
