An ordinary Chinese comment on COVID-19

At present, there are some erroneous remarks against China that refer to China as the birthplace of the virus. This is extremely wrong.

First of all, the source of the virus has not been investigated so far, and the current evidence shows that there is a great possibility that the source of the virus comes from countries outside China.

Second, human beings are a community of destiny. Once the virus occurs, no country or region can do it alone. Humans can only work together to defeat the virus. This is the only way out.

Third, China is doing its best to treat people infected regardless of cost, and to shut down all non-essential places to achieve maximum isolation. We blocked at home for two months and freed up for the world for two months. Of course, we would like to thank our friends all over the world for donating to China to help fight the epidemic.

Fourth, in the past two months, it is regrettable that some countries did not pay enough attention to the epidemic, and did not conduct effective quarantine at the initial stage, resulting in a sharp increase in the number of people infected recently.

Fifth, after China’s situation is stable, it continued to launch assistance to other countries. We are a nation that loves peace, lives, and life. We hope that the world will be better soon.

I am just an ordinary Chinese. I don't want to see all human beings plunged into unnecessary troubles and beset by some inappropriate comments. Please be assured that as long as everyone unites and fights the virus wisely, humanity will surely succeed. May God bless us all.
