WE HAVE AN ORDER TO PLACE FOR THE FOLLOWING MATERIAL

6 meters 10” seamless pipe, Sch 40s (OD = 273 mm, thk = 9.27 mm) in super-duplex UNS S32750. Material shall be in accordance with ASME II Part. A Ed. 2013, dimensions and tolerance according to ANSI B 36.19 & 36.10, marking in accordance with ASME, with certificates acc. to EN 10204-3.2.

 If 3.1 material certificate is available, it shall be re-qualified as 3.2 by Third Party. 

The following inspection and testing shall be provided: 

EUROPEAN MATERIAL ONLY

-          Compliance with testing required by Norsok M650/M630 (Material Data Sheet MDS D51 for ASTM A790 UNS S32750);

-          Delivery conditions: solution annealing and water quenched; solution annealing temperature shall be indicated;

-          Chemical analysis with the indication of the calculated PREN Number;

-          Mechanical tests including hardness test;

-          Charpy V-notch impact test, according to ASTM A370 at -46 degC (acceptance criteria: minimum absorbed energy 45 J average and 35 J single);

-          Corrosion Test according to ASTM G48 Method A at 50 degC for 24 hours (acceptance criteria: no pitting at 20 X magnification – weight loss shall be less than 4.0 g/m2);

-          Micrographic examination at minimum 400 X magnification (acceptance criteria: the microstructure shall be free from intermetallic phases and precipitates);

-          Ferrite test according to ASTM E562 (acceptance criteria: ferrite within 35%-55% limits).
