"No fingerprint evidence from the scene matched Lee and no DNA evidence was presented to the jury".

Death penalty without DNA evidence when the case could be retried and the proof supplied is felony murder in the first degree.

Why aren't we demanding to take stance and convict based on fact as opposed to chance?

Gov. Hutchinson says, “This action is necessary to fulfill the requirement of the law".

Isn't he referring to the same decree, established to protect you and me ?

Remaining innocent until proven guilty, yet we rather carryout the death penalty than set free and it's a travesty.

According to Arkansas law AS 12.55.125 #3 and #5 , "the court finds by clear and convincing evidence that the defendant is a peace officer who used the officer's authority as a peace officer to facilitate the murder". Is guilty of homicide

Gov. Hutchinson, what gratification do you derive by intently taking these 8 lives ?
