ORCA WRAPPED 2022

And just like that we’re closing the studio doors on another incredible year.?

It’s often that things move so quickly you don’t have time to enjoy the small things, so with that, we’ve spent some time reflecting on what we got up to this year.

BRAND LAUNCHES

We’ve worked on loads of exciting branding projects this year. From an award-winning digital transformation service provider to a family-owned Bristol brewery, we’ve seen it all. We’ve completed some great projects for the likes of?St Austell Brewery ,?Roland DG ,?Somerset County Council ,?WDC ,?Toffeln ?and?The Litton ?to name a few.?And just before the year’s end, we’ve been busy working on a rebrand for one of the leading global learning and development agencies.

TEAM ORCA

The team has worked awesomely together this year, welcoming new members and collectively achieving great things. We got out and about this year as the Bristol design community connected, we shared a pint with some old friends and met a load of new ones. We also spent some time on ourselves this year, making some adjustments on how we use the ORCA brand and there will be more to see of this in the new year.?

PARTNERSHIPS

One thing that deserves a mention, is our roster of clients. Without them, we wouldn’t be able to do what we love doing. We’ve built incredible relationships with them over the past 12 months and have become an extension of their teams. We’ve also collaborated with a lot of talented people, so many in fact, that we can’t mention them all individually - regardless a big thank you to all of you.

SUSTAINABILITY AND SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

Sustainability and social responsibility has been top of the agenda for a lot of people in 2022, and for ORCA it’s no different. For the last four years, ORCA has made a conscious decision to put our people and planet ahead of profits. This year we’ve focused on keeping true to our word and to hold ourselves accountable by embarking on our Bcorp journey. We’re now in the final stages of our assessment process, and hopefully only days away from being a certified Bcorp, so keep an eye out in the new year for the celebrations we have in store.

2023

Although we’re all looking forward to a well needed break we’re already excited about returning in the new year. We have a number of projects we’ve just kicked off and loads already scheduled right up until April, so be sure to check back in?the NY.?

CHRISTMAS CLOSING DATES

?We'll be taking a short break this Christmas to spend time with family and friends and to enjoy the festivities! The studio will be closed from COP on Friday 23rd December and back open on Tuesday 3rd January.
