Public consultation on development plans for the Keiller Centre, turning it into a vibrant urban quarter

The plans propose turning it into a mixed-use development, comprising a mix of new student homes, commercial space, and public realm. The building owners, Dundee 1881 Ltd, were able to share visualisations of the centre, speak with the public and receive valuable feedback on the project.
