ORB Management Corporation is thrilled to welcome Nick Wacholz as the newest member of our dynamic team. Nick's extensive experience, spanning over a decade with Mortenson, a leading firm in construction, design-build, and development, enriches our organization with his deep understanding of various project scopes and sizes. Nick is a seasoned professional. His extensive knowledge and expertise span a broad spectrum of project types and scales, making him a valuable asset to our organization.

Nick, along with his wife Tana, both alumni of Jefferson High School in Alexandria, are delighted to return to their roots, reuniting with family and friends in their beloved hometown.

Since our inception in 2002, ORB has specialized in offering Owner’s Representative services, aiding clients in the intricate processes of planning and executing real estate and facility improvements across local, regional, and national levels. Our comprehensive approach covers the entire spectrum of project development, from strategic planning, to navigating funding and real estate transactions, to managing contracts and risks. We oversee design and construction processes, control project costs, and ensure smooth start-up and occupancy phases.
