Orange Romania launches new loyalty offers
Orange Romania launched several promotional offers for existing subscribers which bring them additional benefits to reward their loyalty. Customers who renew an Orange Me or Orange Net subscription or migrate from prepaid to postpaid will receive one month of unlimited internet per year in the network. For example, a customer with an experience of 10 years in the network will get 10 months of unlimited internet.
Orange Home brings subscribers and prepaid card users an additional bonus of EUR 10 for each year spent in Orange if they choose a Home Net a Home TV subscription. The bonus can be used to purchase a phone or tablet.
Moreover, Orange customers with two voice and data subscriptions receive a promotional price for internet packages through fibre and cable, namely from EUR 8 per month (VAT included) for both services. With the launch of new types of subscriptions, individual customers can use without additional costs the internet traffic and national minutes in roaming included in the Orange Me packages in countries in the European Economic Area, consisting of the European Union plus Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway. Orange's rival Vodafone Romania launched a similar offer. The offer is valid until 31 May and is available to all customers who choose a subscription from the existing offer for a period of 24 months.
Vodafone Romania starts new promotional roaming offer
Vodafone Romania launched a new promotional offer under which both its prepaid as well as postpaid residential customers can use without additional costs the internet traffic and national minutes in their packages in countries in the European Economic Area, consisting of the European Union plus Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway.
The offer is available to new customers and existing customers who renew subscriptions whose monthly fees start from EUR 10 as well as prepaid customers who activate add-ons of at least EUR 8.
Incoming traffic in roaming will also not be charged extra in the same countries. Orange Romania launched a similar roaming offer. The offer is part of a campaign launched on the occasion of the operator's 20th anniversary.
