Orange Mountain Sausage Patties

Easter weekend gave me time to play. So Sunday morning we enjoyed Orange Mountain Sausage Patties. The flavor was scrumptious. I ground 2 Pork Tenderloins in regular grind. I crushed 4 cloves of garlic, placed in a cheesecloth and added it into  med saucepan with 4 cups of water, added 3 large tablespoons of orange Mountain rub and low boiled  for fifteen minutes. Then I cooled it and removed the garlic cheesecloth bag.

I added the Orange Mountain garlic water to the ground pork tenderloin just till the saturation point of the meat. Formed into patties and fried on a slightly greased skillet till just done. All my Bunnies were happy.
