You had been warned

he doesn’t care about you

sitting on the verge of war isn’t a coincidence

now that your orange faced clown is sitting on the fence

of impeachment

you’d been warned

now behind every door you’ll see a terrorist

words like interment will flood from your lips

you’d been warned that he had no foreign policy

and every good man or women that knew something

he would adamantly disagree

because his ego said that he should be king

you’d been warned

the blind leading the blind

because you thought he cared about you

and now

now you’re frightened and singing the blues

because your orange faced clown has at last

given you the worst of news

you’re on the brink war

  its your sons and daughter

that you’ll lose

but you’d been warned but you turned a deaf ear

now when and if the blood begins to run

you’ll live in the shadow of fear
