Orange Design System Mobile App Wins a Red Dot Award

Very happy for the Orange Design System team that has worked on this project. We have won a 2023 Red Dot Award for "Brands & Communication Design" on the subject of the Orange Design System Mobile App.

This is the app that we have created in the project to support the work we are doing in building the development libraries. In order to be able to test the components and modules we build, we created an app that show cases each individual items. We now use this app to test all implementations against design requirements and accessibility requirements.

Now building on top of our internal team needs we have also made this app so that designer or product owners could see the live implementation of each components and understand the variant that would allow to customize these components. And let's not forget the Developers as they can use the source code of the app or the code shown inside the components description to understand how to use the component's customization within their code implementation.

We are still building our tools so this is just an intermediary step and we would definitely like to get the Design System community feedback as this entire work has been produced in open source. We would be glad to foster on this with other companies that have similar needs as we have encountered.
