Retail Solutions Sales Representative, must have Oracle XStore

Location: Remote, with occasional travel to Oak Brook, IL, San Jose, TX, Irving, TX, or client sites.

We are seeking dynamic individuals with a strong background in retail sales and a proven track record of success to join our team. As a Retail Solutions Sales Representative, you will be crucial in selling retail-based IT solutions to our clients. This is a remote role, but willingness to travel as needed is essential.

Key Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in the retail space, ideally with a focus on IT Services sales.
• Experience selling retail solutions, including Oracle XStore, to retail industry clients.
• Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales quotas.
• Demonstrated success in managing large IT account contracts from prospecting to closure.
• Strong relationships with business decision-makers in the region.
• Familiarity with IT solution and services and offshore development centers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound leads and sales pipeline for the assigned territory.
• Understand and effectively communicate company differentiators against the competition.
• Maintain accurate forecasting in our CRM and keep the opportunity pipeline up to date.
• Attend industry-related trade shows and conferences as required.
• Drive and manage conversations on technology and solutions with decision-makers in the sales process.
• Attend regular sales meetings and be fully prepared to discuss the pipeline.
• Meet quarterly and annual sales quotas.
