Optoprofiler LLC Presentations at SPIE Optics and Photonics San Diego 2022

We will present newly developed features of our Optoprofiler LLC Optoprofiler 200 platform next week at?SPIE Optics and Photonics in San Diego. We will present there two papers:

• "Metrology of the critical parameters in high-aspect-ratio semiconductor microstructures such as deep trenches and deep holes" (24 August 2022 ? 11:20 AM - 11:40 AM PDT)
• "Vibration insensitive fiber optic spectral interferometric probe for metrology of topography and thickness of multilayer samples" (25 August 2022 ? 9:30 AM - 10:00 AM PDT)

The second technology is already available on our Optoprofiler 200 platform. We are accepting customer samples for qualifying high aspect ratio metrology.
