Handmade by talented chefs, we produce sushi rolls daily and deliver our delicious and restaurant quality sushi to customers from Santa Barbara to San Diego and points East daily.
Whether a consignment or wholesale program we are at the ready to deliver to YOU! Our program is NOT a carbon monoxide preserved product that sits on your shelf until it sells and it's NOT frozen.

Red Shell offers much more with our 'chef on site' program and our chefs are NOT franchisees, they work directly for Red Shell. We understand the challenges with the franchise model from inconsistencies to struggles with product quality, food safety and half full to empty cases.
At Red Shell, we focus on cases full at peak times, excellent customer service, open communication with our partners, impeccable food safety and most of all sustainable and clean ingredients in every sushi roll.
If your current sushi partner's Tuna is bright pink, that is not quality tuna. Real tuna is deep red. If it's watermelon colored pink, it has been treated with CO (Carbon Monoxide) to preserve its color. Red Shell ONLY serves "real" Tuna, super frozen within 2 hours of catch and a fresher than fresh in taste and texture! No preservatives, just the real thing!!!
