Optimus, LLC is pleased to appoint Milista Anderson as Chief Operating Officer.?In August 2022, Milista Anderson joined Optimus as Head of Leadership and Executive Development, leading a people development strategy to strengthen Optimus’ client service capabilities, company growth, and employee value proposition.?

Milista joins most recently from FIS where she was Global Head of Learning and brings more than 30 years of experience in the design, development and delivery of systems, processes and organizational infrastructures within and across diverse industries, including energy, financial services, manufacturing and education.
Milista holds a B.S. and M.Ed. in education.?She is a Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP) and certified Six Sigma Green Belt.?She is an IAF CertifiedTM Professional Facilitator and Certified Effective Facilitator (Leadership Strategies).?Milista serves as Formation Committee Chairperson for the Society of St. Vincent de Paul for Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston.?
