For those who are unaware or don't know about OTP I would like to briefly explain in a bulleted format as you will see described below. Basically, Optimum Team Practice is a concept that simply seeks to transform our current legal & marketplace paradigm by elevating the Physician Assistant profession/community to newer heights. Essentially by simply proposing & spearheading the following ideas and/or activities given our high educational levels and professional training. Therefore by collectively & actively pursuing the following ideals/points as listed below, we hope to advance our professional destinies through actively educating all stakeholders on the following point set forth below:

1. Advocating for continued legislative PA SOP (scope of practice) advancement and:

2. Overhauling Legislative PA Practice Barriers &/or outdated State PA Regulatory Acts.

3. Updating ( modernizing ) PA Administrative setting practices.

4. Recruit Supporting stakeholders agreeing with greater PA practice settings flexibility.

5. Creating enhanced (current) PA practices among other industry (non-PA) stakeholders.

6. Overhauling The MD-PA Legal Professional Relationship Statutory Regulatory Acts.

7. Recognizing PAs for their contributory patient-centric activities in a fragmented/siloed industry.

8. Providing 3rd Party reimbursement directly to all PAs when providing care services.

9. Recognizing the need for continued Federal monies/funds for PA training.

10. Debunking long-standing media inaccuracies about the PA profession over the past 5 decades.

Note: ( This is a synoptic piece explaining industry trends nationwide involving? ? ? ? ? ? the Physician Assistant Community at large over the past sveral years??
