As the final and crucial step in eLearning development, Quality Assurance guarantees a flawless learning experience for your audience.

So, what aspects will we review in your Interactive-courses?

  8. Accessibility Testing: Is the course accessible to learners with diverse needs?

By utilizing this comprehensive checklist, you can confidently publish a high-quality interactive course that engages and empowers your learners.

Let's Start with Instructional Content:-

Actionable Insights:

  1. Remove Slides 12-20: These slides do not align with any learning objectives and should be removed to maintain focus and avoid confusing learners.
  2. Develop Content for L.O.3: Currently, there is no content addressing learning objective 3. Research and create content that effectively fulfills this objective, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all intended learning outcomes.

Visuals of the online content – Graphics and Images

I recommend following:

  • Mayer's 12 Principles of Multimedia: These principles provide valuable insights into effective multimedia learning design.
  • UX Laws:Jakob's Law: This law emphasizes the importance of user familiarity when designing interfaces.Isolation Effect: This principle states that elements in isolation tend to be remembered better than elements surrounded by clutter.

Audio, Voice over, and Music

Audio effectively explains the entire concept. There can be a single sentence or one visual on the screen, but the audio would thoroughly explain all aspects of the topic.

  • We need to ensure that the audio is free from stammers.
  • We need to ensure that the audio explains all slides because the course should be accessible to all learners.

Course Navigation

There are various navigation available on a slide, decide on what all navigation options you want to provide to the user.

Interactivity

In this segment, we are going to check whether the elements interact currently when the learner takes some action in the course.

Quiz and Assessment

In this segment, We will make sure the quiz works well and make sure the results are right and make sure it met the learning objectives.

Insights from the table:-

  • We need to remove the Q.4 because it did not meet any learning objective.
  • We prefered to add another question for L.O.2.

LMS

In this phase we make sure the course profile and the uploaded content in LMS are identical.

Accessibility Testing

We hope implement it as soon as possible. in this phase we will make sure the course accessible for all Learners and all devices and browsers well.
