Unbelievable Experience with IndusInd Bank! After 50+ LinkedIn posts and 50+ emails to every authority at IndusInd Bank, I finally got a call from one of their executives. But, the conversation was unfruitful and frustrating. Despite my repeated requests, she couldn't provide a proper commitment regarding my account unfreezing or explain the reason for the delay. The call lasted only 26 minutes, and she abruptly ended it, saying her manager would call me within 30 minutes. But, I'm still waiting! It's shocking that a bank like IndusInd can't resolve a simple issue like this. The lack of accountability and transparency is appalling.g I request @Romesh Sobti (CEO), @Bharat Batra (CFO), and other higher authorities at IndusInd Bank to intervene and provide a resolution to this issue.
