The goal was clear: migrate from ServiceNow to Jira Service Management (JSM) to reduce costs and improve flexibility, all while maintaining high standards of data accuracy and operational continuity.

Why Jira Service Management (JSM)?

Jira Service Management stood out as the preferred platform for this migration due to its cost-effective licensing structure and robust capabilities.
