I've always enjoyed meditating, but my practice was inconsistent. My goal for the year was to establish a stable one-hour daily meditation routine. Despite my efforts, I struggled to maintain consistency. Then, I discovered the Brain Map Test, which became a game-changer.
The Brain Map Test provided detailed insights into my brain activity, highlighting areas that needed improvement. The test works by recording brainwave activity using a non-invasive EEG cap, creating a comprehensive "map" of your brain. This map reveals the balance between different brainwave frequencies, which can indicate various mental states and cognitive functions. With this information, I could tailor my meditation practice to address specific cognitive functions, such as attention and relaxation. This personalized approach made my practice more measurable and stable, allowing me to track progress and stay motivated.
The test also identified areas where my brain was overactive or underactive. By understanding these imbalances, I could focus my meditation sessions on achieving a more balanced state. For instance, if the test showed excessive beta waves (associated with stress and anxiety), I would incorporate techniques to enhance alpha waves (linked to relaxation and calmness).
Thanks to the Brain Map Test, my meditation practice became more consistent and effective. I now enjoy a stable 40 minutes daily meditation routine, which has significantly enhanced my mental well-being. The ability to measure and understand my brain activity provided the motivation and clarity I needed to make lasting improvements in my meditation practice.

4 个月Georg, This sounds ansolutely exciting! I‘ve been meditating for the last 20 years, tried many different ways and it‘s fully integrated in my life?? for me it is both, deep inner relaxation but also the key to intuition. The second is at least as valuable!! I would love to know a lot more about this Brain Test … thanks for sharing!
