This is a great tool for Brokers but not sure it’s so great for carriers especially new carriers (legitimate carriers). We have been getting an enormous amount of complaint’s from Carriers many of whom are our clients. They seem to be getting falsely flagged through some of the tools, methods, or software that is being used to combat possible fraud or double brokering. Most are due to a data error when they initially set up their Authority or changes they made after doing a MCS 150 biannial update. In turn they are not able to get set up or even get blocked from booking loads. Many times they are told they have to wait 60 days before being able to get approved. We have called and reached out and have not seen any effort or remedy to help. There seems to be a trend with many of these carrier set up platforms that are not interested in helping new carriers. I doubt this is the case, but we would like to know if there is team or department designated to take another look at some of these cases? Many of these carriers end up closing there doors and feel there is no one helping or voicing there concerns. We hope to change that. TRUTH IN TRUCKING
