Optimized Aromatheraphy

I burn incense in my office. I like the extra layer of mood it creates.

Yesterday, while at the yoga studio, I asked the manager what type of incense they were burning there as I was particularly aware that it supplemented what I thought was the desired environment.

That led me down a mini-rabbit hole (thanks to ChatGPT) of trying to figure out what type of incense is best for what season of the year, time of the day, and desired outcome (e.g. creative, contemplative, etc.).

I put together a chart based on the recommendations.
