Optimize your work week.
This article is about the after-effects of a draining and tiring weekend, when you’re thinking: Oops! It′s Monday! I need to organize my week
During the weekend you didn′t have time to rest or think, you were just going, going, going because of your kid′s activities, your social life, and everything else required in our short off time. This phenomenon doesn′t happen all the time, but sometimes we have these situations. It’s crucial to remain calm, avoid anxiety, and focus on the next step in your roadmap.
1- Before starting your daily routine, for example, take a moment to read digital media/content so you’re updated in your field, or in your general interest. If you usually observe daily action in the stock market, crypto, etc, don′t get highly distracted by such a priori, and sink back into the urgent and pressing issues you and your team must attend to.
It’s important to prioritize matters that cover two important aspects: urgent and important. Matters that fall into these categories usually add value and require more time.?
2- Take note of important matters, I suggest using work management tools
3- Take note of what is urgent, not necessarily important, which may require delegation.?
4- Plan and take note of the important matters that add value to the organization. Taking notes that are considered talking points with your team helps expedite communication and consultation with your team and aid precise execution.?

5- Create a backlog of future tasks that could become a priority. Write it down on a board that you have as a backlog. For example, if you use Trello as task management, you can create a Backload dashboard so that you always have these tasks in mind
6- Continue your daily routine by updating your mental “to-do” based on a simple scale below:?
YES Urgent - YES important?
YES urgent- NOT important?
NOT urgent- YES important?
NOT important - NOT important.
7- Coordinate a meeting or stand-up with your team in the morning or afternoon which focuses on planning, division of tasks, and deadlines
8- Set your calendar for a fixed day and time (around the end of the week) for a team meeting. End-of-week meetings
9- Have a coffee, a tea, a breath, a positive thought, a smile, and make people laugh. Then continue forward, performing and executing.
