Optimize Your Sales and Marketing Systems

Let’s talk about systems and why systems are the secret ingredient your agency is missing to create that massive revenue growth you know that you deserve.

There are two types of systems: marketing and sales systems. Far too many agencies right now are completely lacking in systems- each producer is out doing his or her own thing. When you get that opportunity with a prospect, you're recreating the wheel every single time you don't have a repeatable system.

I'm going to show you how to create that repeatable system no matter if you have one producer and you're the solopreneur or you have five or 10 producers.

Number one, your agency must have a marketing system. First, you need to figure out what kind of Prospect you're trying to attract. You need to figure out what their message is and then you have to create the system of how you're going to share that message far and wide.

Right now, I'm willing to bet your system involves picking up the phone and doing a bunch of cold calls and sending a bunch of blind cold emails out hoping prospects will take meetings with you.

Let's create a system: number one, you need to be on social media and if you're a business-to-business platform, which I'm betting you are if you're an insurance agency, you need to be on LinkedIn. You need to create content that attracts the right prospects in your life you need to have webinars. You should be holding webinars on a consistent basis that bring value and bring prospects into your life.

Public speaking, whether it's you, The visionary of the agency or your producers, getting them out on stage, on a platform where you have the undivided attention of your ideal prospects, is probably the most effective way to bring attention to your agency and grab the attention from the right prospects.

Next is podcasting. Yeah, I know you might think, hey everybody's doing it out there now, but remember, it's just another form of content in another way- another marketing strategy that you can use so your prospects can hear your message.

Now, if you're sharing that message far and wide with this system you're going to start attracting the right prospects in your community. This is where the game changes in our industry. We have always been told to look at our prospects as a list to go sell to, but I want you to change your thinking. I want you to think about your list, as a community or your prospects as a community you can bring value to.

So they're now in your community that have come into your life. Maybe they haven't accepted a meeting yet, so you need to bring more value through email newsletters. How about a good monthly newsletter? Something that speaks to your target prospects that teaches them something valuable to their business.

Continue doing webinars and continue hosting the party for them, so you can continue bringing that value over and over again. Here's what happens when they do enter your sales pipeline: they already know you and I bet you they already like you, which is making your producer's life so much easier to make them a new client. When you have a sales system in that pipeline that each and every one of your producers can rinse and repeat.
