Optimism Primed and Ready

First, I humbly invite you to check out this conversation around Optimism. You see, I have always been a bit of a Man of Optimism ... seeing it not as some form of toxic positivity... but as a source of Strength in facing and walking through the world and Life. Optimism sees the changes and challenges, recognizes them, accepts them in the now ... and faces them, with Courage and Confidence.

It understands that "When the swords flash, go forward..." And with Optimism in heart and mind, yesterday I posted on Love, Gratitude and Intent. In it, I shared on Love and Gratitude and righteous Intent... as fuel for the kind of Character and Leadership that can genuinely, optimistically, and constructively move our lives, work and the world ... in the best and most needed of ways.

Love, Gratitude and Righteous Intent

Gratitude serves as a foundation of both cool Humility ...

... and possibility. As we are thankful, we open up ourselves to other possibilities. Gratitude says "thank you" to everything. We are where we are and need to be. It does not imply "settling" It does imply that at every moment it is a crossroads to look back and forward, with Gratitude. We know that, while we have our own capacities, Life brings opportunities for which to be grateful throughout our trails, trails and triumphs. Indeed and in deed... being "generous in prosperity and thankful in adversity" are both forms of Gratitude. Stoicism speaks to this certainly. With genuine Gratitude... we find true Contentment. And, with Gratitude, we can better create.

And then there is Love ... bringing us wholeheartedly to our Life and Work... and those possibilities. If Gratitude is the foundation, I suggest that Love is the building we build on top of that foundation.

We bring it, with Love.

And righteous Intent commits us to our best focus... as we attend to what is the "right thing". We hold better attention with righteous intention.

I find myself at such space even and especially now.... personally and professionally... digging into Love and Gratitude and that righteous Intent... as expressions and forces of Optimism. Doing the right thing with Love and Gratitude is Optimism in practice... and a soulful thing...

Optimism Forward

So yes, I am digging deeper into genuine Optimism. In The Epic Engage Forward, I shared on plans for The LECturn, Aim High and A PEACE of Work... my and our body of free thought.

That said, plans are afoot to expand work around TUGtalks and Talk Reel and #hUmaNITY ... as our core three TUGtv shows to advance constructive ideas, self care and Humanity... driven by Optimism. And, we will be exploring ideas around additional content on forging such Optimism ...

... in these times of change and challenge. Indeed, my and our work forward is about building such Optimism through exploring and advancing Character and Confidence and Composure, if you will. The betterment of the world and our future could use it. Bottom line, Humans Together Strong is my and our Just Cause... and our approach of Optimism, primed... and ready.

Nobilize, Mobilize and Humanize... that is our work now and forward. It is optimistic work, at its most true and best intended. I and we humbly invite you to join with us.
