We will use the AspenTech thermo profile and some modifications to include biuret and hydrolysis reactions and transform ammonium carbamate in terms of NH3 and CO2 when it is necessary and our process equipment are really according the same specifications as present in the industry. Our services include optimization of process parameters, identifying the main bottlenecks and defining conceptually further revamp steps taking into account all available revamping technologies of all urea licensors. Additionally it is possible now to troubleshoot process upset conditions, identify fouling issues and determine the consequences of contamination if for example methanol.
