Opportunity for Personal Change

Happy New Year!?How great this time of year can be, especially if you like to focus on improving some behaviours and/or habits and just simply aim to live a better life this year. In the energy world,?2023 is a year of personal change.?An opportunity for you, me and everybody to rebuild oneself anew or to really let go of the old to step in the new. Where do you see yourself? Do you see yourself still needing to let go and resolve some old before moving into the new? Or do you feel you’ve done the letting go and moving into a new more mature version of yourself?

Either or, it’s a great time of year to dedicate some time towards creating a life you enjoy and?thrive?in. When it comes to personal change and transformation, I’m the expert. Not only have I immersed myself in and studied human behaviour, change management, personal energy management and got certified as a life coach; in the last 10 years, I’ve completely transformed myself in this newer version I have yearned for so long. So, if you know you are transforming yourself, I’d like to offer you my?5 Tips to Succeed in Personal Change.

1.?????Get clear on what you are letting go. When you can clearly articulate and/or write the behaviour(s) or habit(s) you are letting go of, then true transformation is there for the taking. Whether it's impatience towards humanity, procrastination on important tasks of yours, lack of communication on a serious topic (or whatever else), get CLEAR and LET IT GO out of your mind and body.

2.?????Get clear on your transformation and trust. What new behaviour do you want instead? Who are you becoming? What do you want to create? How do you want to contribute? Once you know that, let go and trust. Trust that you and the things around you are changing and focus on what you want, especially during the times you doubt it the most.

3.?????Be present and experience your ups and downs consciously. In personal change it’s crucial that you become more present, get out of your head and into your body. We underestimate the damage and stress that suppressed emotions and overthinking creates. Holding grounding poses for example, brings you back in your body (more present), helps you process your emotions and frees you to step in the new you.

4.?????Open your heart towards yourself and others. Heal your old wounds, replace your hurt with forgiveness towards others and have compassion and validation towards yourself. Be grateful for your life, be kind to others and realize that everybody is being challenged to change right now.

5.?????Build and/or connect with Creative Source Energy (Universe / God). If you haven’t established a connection with the Universe or haven’t experienced the Universe within you, I highly recommend you invest in this quest. Why? For so many reasons, but here are two. One, you will be able to consciously co-create the life that you want with the Universe’s support. Two, you will no longer feel lonely and unsupported.
