Opportunity.. Knocks!

I have been always thought there is something which happens every time when you think and feel about something which needs to happen, what I mean is, when you feel you need an opportunity, by some miracle or karma, life will present it to you.. Just not when you need it.

I have learnt to be patient and do the work what you have with utmost commitment and sincerity. Life will always reward you for all the hard work you put in. It's not life which rewards you, but your hardwork which does it.

As Steve Jobs, commencement speech at Stanford goes " We worked hard, and in 10 years, Apple had grown from just the two of us in a garage into a $2 billion company with over 4000 employees. "

So finding out what you like to do is a step 1 and working hard on your job (which you like) is the next. Seems quite simple. But it isn't.. You may have to do stuff, or work which was not interesting, but you gotta stick with it. You may have to stand in a bus for hours on end, experience pain , give it all and get nothing, but you have to stick to it.

Trust me, it all works in the end. As Steve Jobs says , "It all worked out OK". Life is struggle, but struggle helps.. It makes you stronger, tolerant and makes you take all the risk.

Again quoting Jobs: "Remembering that I'll be dead soon is the most important tool I've ever encountered to help me make the big choices in life. Because almost everything - all external expectations, all pride, all fear of embarrassment or failure - these things just fall away in the face of death, leaving only what is truly important."

We are all going to die someday. Why don't we seize the day and do something we love which is productive and take a leap of faith?

Leaving you with a simple 2 letter word "Carpe Diem" which is make the most of the present.
