Are you looking for a different kind of online teaching experience? Jesuit Worldwide Learning (JWL) serves students in war zones, refugee camps, and in developing countries. The organization is based in Switzerland, but serves students through more than 50 learning centers in Asia, Africa and South America.?The organization also partners with colleges and universities so its students can earn certified professional programs, academic certificates, and bachelor’s degrees. Its current partnerships with US based institutions include programs with?Creighton University, Georgetown University and a newly formed partnership with St. Louis University to offer JWL students a B.A. in general studies through their School for Professional Studies.
The programs offered by JWL use the blended or hybrid model. US-based classes in the new program will be delivered asynchronously online. While, locally, students will gather together and access resources at the?organization’s community learning centers?(CLC).
