After thirty years of dedication to a single company, the thought of change can be daunting. It’s a leap into the unknown, a step outside the comfort zone that has been built over decades. I was not actively seeking a new opportunity, but life has a way of presenting us with paths we never planned to explore.? My previous tenure at ADC, TE, and CommScope was filled with rich experiences and relationships. I had learned many industries and made many transitions, but had always done so as part of a team.?? I had worked across many organizations, across many industries, and across many geographies.?? However, I had never taken the step to transition on my own.
