Opportunity Disguised as a Shitshow!

As some of you may know, I have a 10-week coaching program (The Playground) that I facilitate with our real estate team. It’s designed to help us get introspective on what we really want out of life and our businesses so we can INTENTIONALLY direct our time/energy/attention to the “right” places. ??

Last week, our group was talking about some challenges people were facing. Throughout the conversation a LITTLE SAYING came to life.

I know there may be a collective EYE ROLLING here but stick with me.

As much as I would love to uncover the mysteries of life and gain tremendous wisdom through the “good times”, the reality is that, in the GOOD TIMES, I tend to CRUISE a bit.

You know, put my feet up and take it all in!

However, I’ve also found that I tend SPRING to life, DIG for solutions, and make the BIG SHIFTS when, well, when life…

KICKS US IN THE TEETH A BIT.

And that’s ok if you ask me, because, today, my hope is that this message reminds us all that every event in our life is simply an opportunity for growth. No matter how great or painful the opportunity is.
