Opportunity for Coaching

My name is Carol Iten and I am a coach in training at the Centre for Coaching (Graduate School of Business,  University of Capetown, Swiss Campus), to gain my certification in March 2016.  The most important part of the course is putting my learning into practice and I am looking for 4 individuals  to coach for 6-8 sessions over the next 6 months at no cost.   My coaching practice, ACT endeavours to create a supportive environment that helps individuals to develop critical thinking skills, new ideas, and new behaviours that suit them better than previous ones.  ACT stands for: Actions Change Things. The coaching method  focuses on leading and empowering the coachee to become self-correcting and self-motivating to bring about the change they desire to see in their personal lives and/or careers.    It is not a coincidence that the word “Coach” is synonymous with the word “carriage”, because quite simply put,  coaching is the process used to transport people from where they are to where they want to be.  For examples of how coaching can help you in your personal and professional life, and to find out more about this opportunity,  please contact me at [email protected] (from 8th September).
