Background
Sany has developed our first type of SSL SS270V this year. In order to expand into the international market, we are currently establishing a high-caliber research and development team to develop our next generation of skid steer loader products. The department currently base in Kunshan,Jiangsu, a small city very close to Shanghai, and consists of approximately 50 R&D engineers. Additionally, we have established a research institute in Osaka, Japan.
Base and C&B
We need some 1 chief engineer and some R&D experts,We are also very welcome to retired experts.
These positions can be based in China and Japan. Sany America, Sany India and German and remote work with business trip to China can also be accepted.

Chief Engineer/R&D Director
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the R&D team for skid steer loader/compact tractor loaders products, responsible for overall R&D work.
- Develop and execute the R&D strategy and planning for SSL/CTL products, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
- Responsible for the design, development, and improvement of SSL/CTL products, providing technical guidance and expertise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance departments, to ensure smooth product development and release.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in the research and development field of SSL/CTL products, with a strong understanding of design and engineering.
- Familiarity with the overall design and development of SSL/CTL, with a focus on hydraulics, mechanical structures, and related areas. However, having a good understanding of the overall machine is also acceptable.
- Proficiency in mechanical structures of skid steer loaders, particularly in areas such as power arms, suspension, and shock absorption, is preferred.
R&D Expert
Responsibilities:
- Develop the strategic plan for Sany SSL/CTL products, including market promotion schemes and plans.
- Act as a project manager to lead the overall design of new Sany SSL/CTL models and drive project progress.
- Develop improvement plans for mass-produced models, organize reviews, review and evaluate improvements.
Requirements:
- Over 10 years of experience in skid steer loader product development.
- Experience as a project manager leading the development of multiple skid steer loader models.
- Familiarity with the global skid steer loader market's current status and trends, and knowledge of legal regulations and customer requirements in the North American region.
General Manager of Sany SSL Company
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the strategic plan for the skid steer loader company, ensuring its competitiveness and sustainable growth in the market.
- Oversee the research and development, production, and marketing of the entire range of skid steer loader products, ensuring product quality and timely delivery.
- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and partners to ensure a stable supply chain and product availability.
- Research and analyze trends and demands in the North American and European construction machinery industries and markets, and develop corresponding marketing strategies.
- Manage and guide the R&D team, fostering technological innovation and continuous improvement of skid steer loader products.
- Lead the sales team, managing their performance and driving sales growth and market share expansion.
Requirements:
- Technical or engineering background with an in-depth understanding and expertise in skid steer loader products.
- Extensive experience and deep knowledge of the North American and European construction machinery industries and markets.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and resources.
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, capable of formulating and executing effective marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
