We’re only four months into 2024, but this year has already been one of growth and new opportunities—both for CXO4 and me personally.
CXO4 Grows and Gives Back?
CXO4 continues to thrive in its first year of business as we help both Latin American and US companies successfully expand to other geos achieving growth in their revenue and/or cost reduction.
?We’ve had three recent developments:
- This month, we partnered with Naves USA, the expansion to US of a 20 years old startup Development and competition training program organized by IAE Business School in Latam. We hosted two virtual seminars for 150 Latin American entrepreneurs wanting to enter the US market. This initiative is part of our commitment to give back to the local communities we work with.
- In the past few months, we signed three new clients. To support new business,
Jose Pena
recently expanded his role as our sales, ecosystem, and geo expansion expert;
Alexandra Lairet
continues helping companies as their CMO? and
Claudia Cristiani
continues to consult on customer success, and innovative sourcing to help US companies reduce costs, . I’m? committed to CXO4’s mission, supporting my partners with their client work and guiding the strategy.
- Additionally, last month I was offered? the opportunity to focus on a big challenge serving as Rocket Software’s Ecosystem General Manager. One of the leadership models we offer at CXO4 is a Fractional Ecosystem Leader, and I am thrilled to put this model into action with #rocketsoftware. In this role, I’m incorporating my previous corporate global leadership experiences with the consulting and business models we use at CXO4. It’s an enticing blend of intrapreneurship and entrepreneurship!
Rocketing Into a Unique Opportunity
As Rocket Software’s ecosystem leader, I oversee a multicultural, global team that enables partner firms to market, sell, service, and support their enterprise solutions and services. When Rocket first approached me about the opportunity, I found three aspects especially compelling.
- First, the Market Opportunity. Rocket plans to acquire OpenText’s AMC business. When the deal closes, The combination of OpenText’s AMC business and Rocket Software’s highly complementary businesses will create one of the world’s largest mainframe modernization and connectivity software companies. This will enable Rocket partners to offer end to end mainframe modernization without disruption, which is a huge leap forward in the industry.
- Second, Rocket’s core values of Empathy, Humanity, Trust, and Love are distinctive and deeply ingrained in the company's DNA. These values are evident in how everyone interacts, and they encourage the team to bring my whole, authentic self to work each day.
- Third, Rocket strongly expressed a need for a seasoned ecosystem leader to help them transform into a customer and partner centric organization while integrating with AMC. This tells me they are serious about change, and that’s music to my ears. Big things are in store for 2024!
I am thrilled about the growth in CXO4 and Rocket Software. Stay tuned for more developments!
