Opportunities are always there for those consciously looking for it.

Opportunities are always there for those consciously looking for it.

Change is an ever present part of our journey, both personally and professionally.

Be it over the last few months or at some stage in the future we all experience change.

When it comes to change what I have found is that it's important, to keep two key elements in mind to help us navigate and thrive through change, from a place of empowerment.

The first one is Significance -

Staying deeply rooted to our passions and clear on our WHY around who we are, what we do and why we do it.

It can be easy to give up at the first signs of change which create challenge around what we are dong, if we have not built up enough significance.

If your business is one that allows you to fully express and deliver what you are most passion about in supporting your mission, you will find the strength and determination to dig in when needed.

If you don't make it truly worth it, you won't put in the big effort when needed to rise up and take your vision and business to the next level.

The second one is Strategy -

It might be a little cliche but if there is a will there is a way. Consciously having a proactive mindset that looks for solutions and remains focused on what you can control, will keep you coming from a place of empowerment with your strategy.

To step up into your creativity, find alternatives, pivot when needed and really tap into your audience to help guide you in ways you can serve and support them.

Staying in the drivers seat and focused on your vision but also having the confidence to flow and be flexible, knowing that there are many ways and paths to creating that vision.

A deep connection to significance is what will support you in being tactical with your strategy in how you go about adjusting and utilising change in your life and business, in a way that promotes growth and expansion from both perspectives.

How strong are you currently in your level of Significance?

What aspects of change are you currently facing and how are you coming from a place of power with your strategy to overcome and thrive with this change?
