We are an ambitious bunch at Flux Federation. We’re on a mission to provide a world-class SaaS solution that our clients and their customers love. 

In a few short weeks, under extraordinary circumstances, we moved early and adjusted to working as a remote-first company. It became our new normal in a flash, led by the spirit of our team to adjust and thrive.

In doing this, we’ve also proven that turning up to an office in Auckland or Wellington each day is certainly not a requirement. So Flux is now a location-agnostic, global workplace set up to build great careers, and we’re hiring!

Flux is on a stable growth journey, supporting innovative energy retailers to adapt to the significant changes in how energy is sold, the world over. We have clients in Australia, the UK and in NZ we proudly support Powershop and Meridian Energy with intuitive, engaging and unique software experiences.

At just over two-years old, we have built a healthy, profitable and growing client base, but still we consider ourselves a start-up. Our team thinks and works fast to solve client problems and grab opportunities, it’s both challenging and rewarding. And with an experienced executive team, a healthy business model and a stable industry, we’re also a steady ship in these troubling times. 

We have offices set up in Auckland, Wellington and Birmingham, as now also in 151 homes throughout the country, and we are on the lookout for experienced people to join our team. 

We’re specifically hunting for senior engineers, business analysts, marketing and product people. If you have got global SaaS or software product experience and are interested in joining an ambitious team who are changing the energy software sector globally, then please reach out.
