Operis recognised on the 2023 UK's Best Workplaces List: A Culture of Trust and Excellence

It’s been a week since Great Place To Work UK announced the 2023 UK’s Best Workplaces in Financial Services and Insurance, recognising Operis among the list of organisations in the Financial Services and Insurance category.

Our place on this list is driven by our annual employee engagement survey, reflecting the extent to which everyone across Operis feels the culture we've developed together makes us a truly great workplace for all.

“The flexibility shown, and the high level of trust placed in people that allows me to balance work and family commitments - this happens to a far greater extent than I've experienced elsewhere. People are genuinely nice, and I enjoy spending time together at our weekly lunches and monthly ENTs. I feel the company really does care about its people and what they think, and goes the extra mile to try to make work enjoyable.”

Another member of our team said, “they give junior staff the ability to work on their own with support from more experienced members of staff at a relatively early stage. Senior members of staff and board members do not ‘lock themselves away’ and instead are approachable and open to suggestions no matter how junior you are.”
