Operational Management Review

I have had several requests to provide additional information in association with the Combinate podcast https://lnkd.in/g5m7QHP9 that I recently did with @SubhiSaadeh, where the combination of ideas thrives. Subhi and I discussed the topic of management review of operational 'quality'.

To begin, we must be able to measure the essential components of a business process for operational 'quality', to create the ability to identify operational constraint.

Next we must be able to transform business process data into system level information., for each business process workflow to be professionally managed. This is made possible through the utilization of a modern eQMS technology solution and a strategic data & analytics strategy.

Then we conduct the operational management review in four stages.

Once systemic information is available, from the aggregation of individual business process data, accountable leaders can identify and responsibly target operational constraint to ensure operational capability, capacity, and efficiency. Remembering that Gross Profit = Sales Revenue - Operational Expense.

At a high-level, this is the activity we can support you with in the CHECK phase of a business process workflow transformation that utilizes strategic design and cutting edge technology for management control.
